Main structural features:
1. The main components such as the base, drag plate, worktable, column, and spindle box are all made of HT300 cast iron;The base is a box type structure with a compact and reasonable symmetrical rib structure, ensuring high rigidity and bending resistance of the base components.The A-type bridge support and internal grid like reinforcing ribs ensure the rigidity and accuracy of Z-axis strong cutting;The basic components are made of resin sand and undergo aging treatment to ensure the stability of the long-term performance of the machine tool.
