3. About Color

4. Regarding a dropshipping service

The buyer needs to bear the round-trip shipping cost for returns and exchanges. If the clothes are damaged, our store will bear the shipping cost, but the buyer will advance the payment first. After receiving the clothes and confirming the quality issue, we will pay the postage to the buyer's account. The postage is charged to the buyer according to our shipping fee standard. Due to accounting issues, the postage will be refused upon delivery!
5. Regarding after-sales service
Retail customers do not support returns without reason. They enjoy a 7-day free exchange service and can exchange for other styles or colors at the same price. The shipping fee is borne by the buyer. Starting from 5 pieces, wholesale does not support returns within 7 days and supports exchanging one-third of the order quantity (total number) for other styles or colors at the same price. Products that are taken off the shelves will not be returned or exchanged, and each order can only be exchanged once.
