Purchase Notice:
1. Product Order
The minimum order quantity for each product is 1000 pieces. If the customer's demand quantity is lower than the minimum order quantity, the unit price will be slightly increased. Please communicate with the salesperson for details.
2. Product quotation
Our product customers can first check the reference price and detailed information on the website, and then contact the salesperson for quotation according to their needs. If it is the customer's own style, we can provide physical samples so that we can calculate the accurate price. Looking at pictures can only estimate the approximate price. The price is based on the confirmed sample price in a written contract signed by our factory. For orders with larger quantities, the price is more favorable. The general quotation does not include tax.
3. Product sampling
All luggage styles can be made according to the physical samples or pictures provided by the customer. The fabric material can be selected according to the customer's requirements to control the product cost unit price. Generally, regular color fabrics are available in stock, while special colors require bulk customization.
4. Order Contract
Both parties confirm the style, quantity, unit price, color, material, logo production process, and delivery time of the ordered products, and then sign the order contract. All matters shall be subject to the provisions of the contract.
5. Production time
The production time for fabrics in stock is usually around 15 days. If the demand is very urgent, production can be prioritized according to the workshop's order schedule, and delivery should be made as early as possible. Special materials and colors require about 10-20 days for ordering.
6. Packaging method
Individual products are packaged in OPP bags (transparent plastic bags) and high-quality, durable cardboard boxes are selected to prevent product damage during transportation.
7. When placing an order, a 30% deposit is required. The goods can be inspected at our factory before delivery, and the remaining 70% can be paid before arranging shipment.
