Main configuration:
1. The entire equipment includes: heater, evaporator, condenser, vacuum collection device, and internal connecting pipes.
2. The heater adopts a tube to tube heat exchange form, with a design pressure of -0.1MPa for the tube side and 0.30MPa for the shell side.
3. The upper cover of the heater is quick opening, which is easy to clean and maintain. The recycling device consists of a three-stage tube condenser and a vacuum collection tank, both made of S30408 or 31603 materials.
4. The evaporation chamber is equipped with a large mirror manhole, light hole, and multiple mirrors for easy observation of the material condition inside the evaporation chamber.
5. The contact part between the equipment and the liquid medicine is made of S30408 or 31603. The heater and evaporator are insulated with anti-aging pearl wool or high temperature resistant polyurethane foam. The insulation layer is 50mm thick, and the external stainless steel is fully insulated and welded.
6. The inner surface of the container is mirror polished, and the outer surface is mirror or matte treated, complying with GMP, FDA, and QS certification requirements.
7. Randomly distribute cleaning equipment, vacuum pressure gauges, thermometers, and other accessories.
